@AlPage48. When you say local police station. Is that the place where you get your certificate of residence for your area of the city? Or is it just the nearest police station?

Because everything is new/irregular to everyone, including the PSB, nothing should be taken for granted we should recognize that everything is potentially open to change.

Posted byShe said nothing untoward about Kunming people. I would also guess that most of her attackers have never been to Kunming. Kunming air on many days of the year is on a par with Shanghai (I check this almost daily and have done for several years), and blue-green algae pollution of Dianchi lake has been a source of much local concern for many years.

Posted byWith AQI regularly in the 150 bracket, the Kunming air cannot be considered good quality. I have had some more serious problems with my asthma this year, and have on occasion used a mask.
