@AlPage48. When you say local police station. Is that the place where you get your certificate of residence for your area of the city? Or is it just the nearest police station?

Because everything is new/irregular to everyone, including the PSB, nothing should be taken for granted we should recognize that everything is potentially open to change.

Posted byI would guess that large infrastructure projects may be treated as state secrets. Sites may not be off limits (to Chinese nationals), but rather like collecting phone numbers/addresses, or using a GPS to map routes, it could get non-nationals into trouble.
