It looks like I'm not the only one. I have been studying math and found a website: www.khanacademy.org based on autodidact learning and it has been consistently blocked. Is this a general lowering of bandwidth or is the GCF blocking this site too?
I'm trying to set up a video chat, but the skype download seems to include windows operating systems. Is there any way to get Skype functioning with an apple computer?

Kunming
I am in the tenative stages of endeavoring to teach via the internet using video chat. But there are so many choices and I don't want to start downloading various protocols, adding to my spam list by inserting my email address, having to deal with the headaches of proxy servers, putting a credit card # into a form. . . etc. . .!!!!
Gmail is the consensus favorite from my email responses, but unfortunately it doesn't handle apple, skype is my 2nd choice or perhaps qq. Is there a simple way to get through on this without too many false choices and dashed hopes? And when is the holy grail going to arise and be able to handle 3/4/5 people in conference in real time?

I used to live in Wenshan and I traveled a lot through Mile a lot to get to Kunming. The scenery is very nice between Mile and Kaiyuan. I think it is one of the most beautiful areas in eastern Yunnan. Lots of rolling hills and trees and a nice scenic river running through it.
