Hi all, now that the Kunming to Calcutta flight finally launched does anyone have info. on how foreigners can obtain the Indian visa without having to head to the Indian consulate in Chengdu or Shanghai... kind of defeats the purpose of being able to fly out of KM... I imagine some travel agents are willing to ship off passports to Chendgu for stamping... any info. appreciated.
