What the beginner of this thread said is true. BUT his collection of all the negatives in the Chinese society is not a true description of what China is really like. REMEMBER NOT ALL CHINESE are rude and inconsiderate and backward and with prejudice. And I do believe your life in China is not in misery all day long.

You do have a right to express your resents here. But just be OBJECTIVE!!
And to those people whose names are called Chinese, you don't have to put up both of your hands to agree with those people with complete bias, ethnocentrism and no knowledge about China.

Yea, I actually was hesitating to start this thread with such a serious title— 'ask for an urgent help'. It makes me feel that I intend to draw all people's attention to my minor matter. Probably I used to get frustrated by someone's cold attitude if I tried to seek some help from them to my small matters like study. They don't give a shit to help you even if they are able to help. That's the reason why I used 'ask for an urgent help' to start. I feel embarassed to make a fuss. Sorry!

However, I do meet some people with very warm hearts like JJ and so on. Thank them very very much with my sincere heart.

You are SO RIGHT, onomatopoeiaaah.
An MA THESIS can never be finished in such an easy and casual way like putting some pity ask-for-help questions in a forum and then get it finished. I myself would call it a failure if it could be finished so easily, let alone my university and my advisor.

And I think it's not necessary for you to be so cynical before you know how the whole story goes. But for me, you really give me a SINCERE warn.

If you would like to give a hand to me to share some of your experience in China, I would appreciate very much. And I get to work now rather than be all talk and no deed.

As for the negative response above, I should say it's hard to make an absolutely objective standard to judge what is a failure and what is a success in academic study. And as far as I have tried my best to carry my study out, I won't be regretful or regard it as a failure. Actually I'm doing my best and I believe I can get help.
