I just read the reply from Gokunming (please look above):

Yereth @angelcrazy2: In the past, GoKunming has had exclusivity agreements with two companies. These agreements have since expired. GoKunming no longer has exclusivity clauses with any companies or individuals, nor will we in the future.

So I don't think it's because they considered my car insurance. Actually EVEN IF something happens, who would come to accuse Gokunming. haha...it makes no sense.
Let's say, if Gokunming had to consider whether every mandarin tutor who makes Ad. here has a Mandarin teaching certificate, let's imagine how busy Gokunming staff would be LOL.

Actually I talked about this ad.thing with a few of my friends who are regular visitors of Gokunming. They didn't expect Gokunming would do this, and they advised me to write about it on Forum. but I gave up. Here I'm still thankful to Gokunming for giving me a chance to say something.

I had put my ad. on classifields for almost one year when suddenly my ad. started to be deleted always. I was confused so I wrote to Gokunming. They explained it's because someone paid for his car rent sevice on the website so I couldn't mention such words as "driving, car, driver" any more, and if I wanted to also, I must pay for my ad. But the truth is that I am an individual, not a company. I have a full time job. This driving/tour guide job is only part-time. Some of the visitors here might have been my customers. I did not break any rule of the website. In fact, I included in many of my ads. before, that I only worked part-time so I hoped the customers would contact me a few days earlier.

Oh well, I could do nothing except obey their rule that I can not mention any words like "driving, driver, car."

Yes I have something to say.
I was the first one to put an ad. on my "car rent/ tour guide service" in "classifields/services". However, since last October, someone pays you to block car rent service ads. from anyone else (I wrote to ask you and you told me this). I'm not discussing here whether it's legal or not to do so. I think it's for sure not a wise decision. IMAGINE what if, for example, Keats school, or Hump, follows this person, start to pay you money to block the same services from anyone else?? The result would be that the customers who come here to find the service would have only one choice. Finally, you would get fewer and fewer visitors. Nobody would win in the end. So, in my opinion, open and healthy competition is essential, which can make your website lively and appealing.

In the north:
1. Jin Lan Shui Xie on Bei Chen zhong Lu in north city.

2. Lan Bo Wan at the junction of Beijin extention Road and Bei Chen Da Dao.

3. Shui Yi Tian Xia on Beiyun Road (not far from Carrfore supermarket). It's a very big one.
4. Shi Shang Qing Quan on Beijing Road(not far from the tunnel of the north railway station).

Outside Kunming:
1. BaiLian spa centre in Yangzhonghai.
2. Jin Fan Spa of Japanese stype in Hot Spring Town, over 1 hour away from kunming. (If you need my car service, please contact freeminds2@yahoo.cn)
Because of the serious drought in Kunming, some spa centres may be closed or their business hours are cut down.
