yes,I have these experience in the past.I am going prepare the contract contain all the detail for avoid some problem between foreigner and crew.
what I write before is because someone still talking about some experience in the past.Laotou is right,no one like cheat people,make people dislike me.

but last year,the Tv play serial,the situation in the begining is complex.when they start shooting,3 old woman want run the extra and small role agent business.sometime,they complain each other,sometime they work together.they haven't experience with foreign extra.so,when the producer offer the 300 Yuan pay,they don't negociate with assistant director or producer.when I came.they use me do all the work,but share 50%commision from my work,once the producer knew it.he fired these 3 useless woman,the funny things is,before that,they take money from my work,when they heard fired,these 3 woman constantly call me.ask me stand on their side,reject against producer.why should I support someone exploit to me?so I didn't agree.and the bad things,they made a bad start.when the price fixed.I will difficult change.and they still didn't give up,they send a Chinese guy work for the assistant director at set,try to start some bad words about me and tell producer.they try to revanch after they fired.in this situation,difficult renegociate with producer.I try to let producer know,how hard of this work,he promise,naxt time,when he come to Kunming again,can help my work easiler.

but,he said he would come in last year,until know still didn't arrive.
many foreigner just said I cheat him.but you see,these crew always "cheat"

I said the agent situation not for gain commiserate,I think I have enough brave inside.just because many foreigner,they can't understand what the agent work.what we did?to client,I have responsiblity help them for the shooting work,to foreigner,I have responsiblity they can get pay after work,crew can provide some necessary support for foreigner.

some foreigner always try to take all money.dont want pay commision.without me,he\she can't get a role.unprofessional extra need more help.explain the acting,translate....

a professinal actor,speak Chinese very well,he can hire a assistant for carry his stuff,help him prepare his line.
he know the acting work,and many situation at set.the agent only work in the start and finish,get this role for him and when work finish get money from crew.and pay him.

but foreign extra,many people,never acting before,a speak a little Chinese,don't understand the acting work..I should do more work for help him.in this way,the pay also different with professional actor.

jonathan live in China 14 years,acting many years,handsome,very fluency Chinese.he told me,many people dislike pay commision,but he is happy for pay commision.because he know,agent can help him get more work oppotunite.maybe this is the different with unprofessional extra and a professional actor.

actually our profit is band together.if we can hold together.I can have more power for negociate with client.the Ira things,when she went to Ban na,she said she don't want see me.after finish work she didn't tell me,she keep me away,makes me cant help her.after that,she black mail,insult...keep me away more.
she dream producer directly pay money to her.eventually get zero.maybe,or she want get pay twice from me.

last year,the girl didn't trust my translate,yes,I agree,my Chinglish terrible.but she forget,I prepare these question long time,I am so wish she can win!but that guy only read these question few minutes before

go on stage.oh,he must very nervious.he misunderstand her answer,the translate make we lost the top 3 circle.oh!I sitting on the audience seat,nothing I can do!

actually I had save her in second circle."corner of Africa"not south Africa,it's Ethiopia.when she try to say south africa in English,I repeat the right answer by Chinese,so they judge her answer is right!

so pity!and I am sorry she didn't get good money we have expect before,maybe it's my fault,I didnt try to convince her let me translate for her.

Ira said she have did many show work,she must know the rule,she can't skip over her agent.but during she was in Ban na,she talk with producer,said I black mail to her,force her stop acting,because she want producer agree pay money to her!

22th night,the guy contact with the movie crew heard producer already pay money to Ira.23th early morning,he bring 25 guys find the hotel the crew stay,if he come later,they might move to heng dian already.he force producer pay money,pissed off producer,lost business relationship for the future.

when Ira finish work,she didn;t contact me.usually,a foreigner finish her work,for sure will contact in first time.for get money soon.but why she didn't?

maybe after 23th,after producer pay money to the Kunming guy,he ask Ira back money?who know.about one week,she just contact me for the pay.
actually these money never deliver to my hand.I said if she like I can let her meet the Kunming guy.but she refuse,continue black mail,insult to me.so,I said,ok,you have his number.if you don't believe you just go to meet him.
she went to meet the guy,told him,in the future,she will directly work for the guy,skip over me.
but the guy refuse give her money.
because of Ira,he lost good relationship with these crew,producer fired the assistant director who have help him get this work.

if she didn't make so many terrible things during in ban na,and after that.for sure,she get her money,we get money.everyone can be happy.
can't understand her behavior.

foreigner only consider if she can get pay,but do you know in the past,I have met some bad company guys refuse pay money after I finish work.

a wood floor commercial.from 5p.m to naxt day 9a.m whole night 15hours work in the studio.after finish work,the guy refuse pay my money.although we have contract!naxt day,I went to studio again,ask him pay money,he knock me down!

a wedding dress show.chen work together with me,the guy belong the company told manager she talk with some guys during work.so they have the reason cut off that days pay!it;s not my fault,when I talk with this guy,she just stand behind and silent.ok,she is young,so I have to acting the tough role.the foreign girl didn't make any fault,so we didn't cut their money.and I share the lost with chen.

Ira made the terrible things before work finish.who know what deal with the producer?why she didn't contact me after finish work,why the producer told us after they leave Kunming,send money to the guy's account?
if she can get money from the producer,no need want money twice.if she get zero,this is she deserve.

hand model?what you mean?joke?irony? or you serious?I don't think I can do hand model.just get injured because repair the suitcase.the scar still on both of hands.

yes,business can be very tricky,as a agent,have to insure both my money and the foreigner or model's pay.have to make the client,actor\model\extra happy..sometime I am tired for this.some foreigner always complian about some guy will cheat him,who know I have work for free few times? spend money and time for nothing.

but at least a good things,when someone inmanners,or slander,or misunderstand,push me try to improve my Chinglish.

by the way,some foreigner seems havent any idea about China and entertainment in China.
have you ever ask yourself,are you professional actor?can you come to set in anytime?will you pick the phone call even if in middle night,and fall in sleep already?can you resolve some complex problem in very short notice?

if someone always complain and insult with other people,and never try to research the truth and look himself shortcoming.he will never get successful in any way.

here is not westren developed country.suggest you read China rule and law about tax.in few year age,I remember if your average salary is under 2000RMB per month,no need pay tax.now,maybe the standard changed.

and where the tax go?
how many China citizen can't share the social welfare?when she was single mother,goverment won't support her,when he lost work,when he get sick,when he no house for live,when his child go to school...

how many movie star earn millions money,but still avoid pay tax.how many goverment officer take bribe but still didn't in jail.

live in China with so large population not easy!
