Wiki is a mouthpiece of the NWO, just like most other big media. Very biased and never truthful. It is a good source of general info but it is Not a medical journal.

MSG is not always labeled because again it is deceptively masked. There is a list of 50 other names that are used to disguise MSG and most people do not know these names.

Headaches, loss of sleep, dry mouth, thirst, diarrhea are just a few of the visible signs of MSG toxicity. Ever wonder what is happening inside your body on a cellular level? Another lie is that a few people are sensitive to MSG. On the contrary, most people are sensitive but they are not aware of the effects because they are accustomed or have built a tolerance.

If you can find 100 people who are 100% MSG free (Impossible) and you give them MSG for the first time, they will all experience one or more of these toxic effects. toxic= it is not normal to get a headache, or become thirsty from food. Why do people accept this as normal?

Excitotoxicity means just what it says - toxic. To site any study done is pure ignorance because ALL (not some) studies are not scientific. Any results that do not meet their requirements are merely dismissed. Many such cases to find to anyone who can research a little.

FDA is a corrupt govt agency that is in bed with the companies they serve. Again, a few minutes of research will prove this.

The overabundance of information on the internet has made people lazy and most just Repeat what they read although it has no basis in reality. Because the media is one sided people rarely see the other side of an issue.

Why do people continually use the magic word Conspiracy rather than saying Truth or Lie? Is anything stated above Not true? Anyone who took a basic biology or chemistry class in high school will know it is True and that MSG is NOT safe.

Why would anyone believe anything the FDA has to say? Aside from the revolving door between the FDA and Monsanto how many lies about safety have they told the public over the years only to come back and say sorry we were wrong.

Amazed at how people believe anything without any scientific proof. Yes, people who are aware and care about their health will notice the effects ONLY when they have purged their body of the substance in question. When I learned the terrible effects of MSG I stopped using it as much as I could. Now that I am MSG free, I can quickly feel the effects it has on me when I do ingest it (restaurants). Can't sleep when I always sleep soundly, dry mouth and terrible thirst no matter how much I drink.

MSG is NOT natural because it is a manmade substance. Salt is natural because it is found naturally in nature. MSG has been produced by direct chemical synthesis with acrylonitrile between 1962 and 1973. Now it is produced through bacterial fermentation.

Another lie is that MSG is natural because it is an amino acid (glutamate). What they misleading do NOT say is that it is a Non essential amino acid as opposed to an essential amino acid which is needed and received through preper diet and that glutamate and mono sodium glutamate are 2 totally different compounds.

So what happens when a person receives an excess of this wonderful non essential amino acid? For the uninformed, glutamate is a neurotransmitter that helps learning and memory. However, an excess of this wonderful glutamate kills the receptor sites and the result is the complete opposite of learning and memory - the effects are called - Alzheimer's disease, seizures, diabetes, destruction of pancreas, Stiff man syndrome, and ALS better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. People with LAS have an excess of glutamate in their spine. All this is caused by excitotoxicity - which means toxicity caused by the over excitment of neurotransmitters.

Forums > Living in Kunming > China Is a Top Choice for Expats

By definition - An expat is someone living in another country. I first came to China when I was 38 and have lived here permanantly since I was 40 years old, so I consider myself an expat.

Ex meaning former - Like exwife. I wonder if some people hope to return to their exwife? For me ex means former or past with no intention of returning to the former state.

It is exactly because of the meaning of EX - that Marines say - I am a former Marine and NOt and an Ex-Marine because they believe in - Once a Marine always a Marine.

The video is very informative but does NOT specifically tell you where these locations are located. The entrance ticket to SHI LIN (Stone Forest) is 175 Yuan. I prefer to buy an annual ticket for 200 Yuan and I can use it at any time during the year. Bring your passport and you can purchase an annual ticket which includes entrance to the MAJOR stone Forest, MINOR stone Forest, BU SHAO SHAN, LI ZI YUAN QING, WAN NIAN LING ZHI, and NAIGU stone Forest (Black Stone Forest).

Most of the footage on the video is of the Black Stone Forest. Few people know about it so each time I go, there are very few visitors, less than 5 people. This location has been completely renovated but it lacks many basics. However, There is NOWHERE to purchase any food or water anywhere in the entire park.

Another location seen in the Video is DA DIE SHUI Waterfall. This USED TO BE included in the price of the entrance ticket more than 1 year ago but it no longer is considered part of the Stone Forest. Presently, the waterfall scenic area is under renovation. The Waterfall is located more then 30 km away from the main park. 2 years ago, you can purchase tickets for the waterfall ONLY for 18 Yuan but I have no idea what the price will be after the renovation is complete.

Good luck

I ASSUME that the writers and staff of GOKUNMING write these articles in an effort to inform the reader of an event or location of some significance in and around Kunming.

I find many of these articles lacking in vital information. In an attempt to be CREATIVE, the writers fail in being INFORMATIVE.

For example, the writers mentions Jiexiao Xiang many, many times but fails to tell the reader where this place is. Is it somewhere in Yunnan? Is it in Kunming? There are 5 districts in Kunming - is it in Pan long District? Or is it in one of the other 4 districts? Is there a major crossroad where this small alley can be found. Perhaps near Beijing Road or Guangfu Road.

I enjoy travelling and seeing new places and I research many of the places I visit. But I really would like to read an article here and NOT be left with MORE questions than when I started.

I ask the staff of GOKunming to please be more specific when writing about places to visit and give SPECIFIC directions such as name of town or village and county and prefecture when writing. Thank you.

The new Visa office is located at 118 Tuo Dong Road. There is no number on the building yet so do not bother to look for it. There are 2 passport photo shops on either side of the building. The office is located directly in front of the Kunming Museum. The bus stop is named - Shi Bo Wu Guan - Bus 1, 62, 109, 117, 145, 213, A1 and K3 stop directly in front of the office. Foreigners need to go to the 3rd floor. The Tuo Dong Stadium is located to the right of the office while Baita Road is located to the left of the office.
