Many countries build long pipelines to carry oil and petro but they do not build pipelines to carry water from wet areas (Floods) to dry areas. Also, many countries turn a blind eye to pollution of lakes and rivers for the sake of industry while permitting other industries to bottle and sell the very same water we used to get for free in the past.

To inquire about or be annoyed by others staring could possibly infer that one is NOT accustomed to this behavior. People who travel often are not concerned by this behavior because they have encountered staring before and understand and accept this type of behavior. Also, people of color encounter staring all the time.

The main problem in the world is that people do NOT study or know history. Nazi Germany created a gun control law that the USA used as a model to create its own gun control laws in the 1960s. Unfortunately, people do not take the time to research. A simple look at just 2000 year history will clearly reveal that most murders were done by govts to their own people or to other countries. Begin with Rome, the Vatican, the Crusades and end in the last 100 years. Murder by govt. The UN peacekeepers were already in Rwanda, but they left and allowed the massacre to begin. How about Clinton and Bosnia. For those who still think Al CIAda are enemy Muslims then you just do NOT know history of the CIA. Al Quada (Mujahadeen) was our friend in the 1980s when we used them in Afghanistan. Al Quada (The Database) was our enemy when they supposedly blew up the trade center, and Al Quada is again our friend in Syria when we use them to depose a foreign ruler who we do NOT like. To believe that Lybia or Syria is an evil govt is proof of lack of knowledge of history. Just listen to George Galloway who is a man who speaks truthfully and anyone can learn the real history. Few people are even remotely aware of what Gadaffi has done for his people. A country which HAD the highest index in Africa. I was still in the Marine Corps when we were passed out posters of Gadaffi in crosshairs. A few years later the same picture was used with the Ayatolla Khomeni. In the 1990s we used playing cards with Iraqi Evil muslims.

When any video is presented, it can NOT be accepted in its entirety because each person must choose what he/she wants to accept as truth. This is for each person to decide. This is the problem, that most people will accept an entire video as truth (mistake) or reject an entire video as false because they did not agree with some parts (mistake).

Aurora has too many unanswered questions. Now the judge has a GAG order to conceal the truths. This issue becomes a gun control debate rather than a quest to get the unanswered questions resolved. Anyone who has watched just a few episodes of Lie To Me, or anyone with a counseling or psycholgy background, can easily see that Chief Oates is lieing. His demeanor, affect, body language, change in posture, when receiving and answering and avoiding questions is very clear. Holmes worked for DARPA and he received $26,000 from Bethesda. I have been to Bethesda, Maryland. Holmes father worked for DARPA, my God, doesn't this mean something. His psychologist worked and probably still works for the military. The prosecution tried to gag the fact that he was seen by a shrink when he was a student. Tear gas canisters have a lot number that can be easily traced but no mention of this fact. Do people still think MKUltra is NOT real?

Too many unanswered questions - Single bullet theory for JFK. Brother Kennedy shooting with 12 shots from an 8 round pistol. Building 7 falls down with no plane impact. Other 2 planes disappear on impact and leave a small diameter hole. Sihk shooting witness claims he saw 4 shooters. Aurora witness and police audio mention 2nd shooter and 2nd gas mask found.

As I mentioned earlier in this forum, we must all wait and see. Will the UN get its way and pass the new UN law (Gun Control) that superceeds the US constitution.

I love the words from this video - America is NOT the home of the brave or the land of the free. America is a country of aggresively ignorant cowards. (11:00). We need to honest with ourselves. America was a great nation at one time, but this is no longer true. We are now the big bully in the playground and we act with impunity. As more and more people are left with NOTHING, then the chances of rebellion increase. People with nothing to lose can be very dangerous. People with a cause can defeat any army. We celebrate and build memorials for the 58,000 Vietnam soldiers who were killed but we never mention the 3 million Vietnamese we bombed and killed. We make movies and give academy awards to movies (Hurt Locker) to celebrate the bravery of our warriors who die in battle fighting people who we have bombed from the skies. We do not mention the 2 million we killed with technology. I am not proud to kill a weaker oponent with the most advanced weapons.

What a catastrophe! Recently visited Nanning, Guangxi which also has a bike program. All the bikes are uniform in color (Orange) and there is 1 type of payment method. They are neatly placed in bike racks all over the city. They come in clusters of 20 and they are found at every subway station in groups of 20, 40, and 60 depending on location. There are cameras mounted on either side of the bike racks for safety and supervision. People can easily find the bike racks and use the bikes and return them to conveniently located bike racks in other parts of the city.

Kunming has 3 types of bikes and 3 types of payment. There are very few bike racks so there are no central locations to get a bike if you need them. I live at the edge of the city in a village and there are bikes scattered everywhere. The people here use them, drive them home and park the bike it in front of their door where no one else can use them. They now have their own private bikes that they can use and abuse and when it gets destroyed they just go get another one. The bike sits idle all day until that person (Temporary owner) is ready to use it again. Kunming should learn from the many other cities that use bikes and create a system that serves all. I am sure the companies who operate these bikes will lose a lot of money from this program.

I enjoy reading the articles on this site but what really drives me nuts is when the article does not clearly state where this place is located - a basic essential in writing - missing.

Village name is great - how about a county and a prefecture along with that.

The new Visa office is located at 118 Tuo Dong Road. There is no number on the building yet so do not bother to look for it. There are 2 passport photo shops on either side of the building. The office is located directly in front of the Kunming Museum. The bus stop is named - Shi Bo Wu Guan - Bus 1, 62, 109, 117, 145, 213, A1 and K3 stop directly in front of the office. Foreigners need to go to the 3rd floor. The Tuo Dong Stadium is located to the right of the office while Baita Road is located to the left of the office.
