hello, I am also interested in obtaining the Police Clearance Certificate. In my case I need it for Canadian Permanent Residence, I studied in Kunming between 2008-2010. Not sure if they would still keep records from back then? Anyway at the moment I can not go to Kunming, does anyone know how can I process this from Canada? the embassies would not help...
