I suggest nobody's in danger here and that the problem is less serious than all the talk about it.
Answer to your question: yes - but are you sure you, as a Swiss citizen, need one?
No, number 6 - everyone born on a Saturday has a code number beginning with 6, followed by, in order, the date (10202018), time to the second, precise latitude and longitude in degrees, minutes and seconds (followed by N or S and then by E or W, as appropriate) of place of birth. Those without all of this data shall go through life without hukou and so must stay at home, where they shall have free 24-hour lifelong Internet access.

Getting Away: Six days hiking in Sichuan's Yading Nature Reserve, part I
Posted byTK2018: Yes, I agree. Very nice writing, not just of the place but also of the experience. I envy the author this one. In reading the article I found myself remembering a few experiences I've had in similar mountain country decades ago (I hope this doesn't sound like boasting) and thinking the author and I had attained more or less the same plane, something we could share if we met - I could identify. Not everyone can express it this well.
