Forums > Living in Kunming > China Announces ‘National Campaign to Clean Up’ In Well, since this thread is going way off topic, I'd like to hijack it with comments on how beautiful Chinese women are. Slender figures, long silky jet-black hair, cat-like brown eyes dressed in elegant full-length gold and red QiPaos with a slit down the leg and collars snuggly fit around the base of their long necks. Perhaps adorned with some Tibetan jewely. Cherry red nail polish and jade bracelets. Look at all the beautiful women in ads everywhere. Angel Baby et al. You don"t have to search long to find comparably lovely living beauties walking in the streets.
Forums > Living in Kunming > China Announces ‘National Campaign to Clean Up’ In @vicar you are being paranoid and absurd. Generally speaking, I am not for controlled media/internet. I'm pretty sure JanJal is not for it either. You yourself claim you don't see any difference between Chinese control of the media and that which goes on around the globe. (e.g. censorship in Norway, South Africa, New Zealand, etc is essentially the same as in China) That strongly suggests to me that you are unable to read the news responsibly.

"As for China forcing its citizens to think alike, I don’t see any difference globally.- vicar"
My answer to JanJal's question - no.
Forums > Living in Kunming > China Announces ‘National Campaign to Clean Up’ In @Geezer First of all, thank you for taking the time to write a clear and concise response. Some responses in this forum are so vague and incoherent that they hardly deserve to be read.
There seems to be either a deep conceptual misunderstanding of the topics in this thread or a willful attempt to deceive readers. The Chinese governments’ censorship of the media in China is completely different than a private company’s biased reporting. Google/YouTube may intentionally not publish what they don’t like. Their bias is their right. Virtually all media outlets since the first cave paintings are biased one way or another. So what? That is their right. Now, if a company were to block any and all access to various media, the way China does, that is censorship.
Go ahead folks, you’re free to check out PragerU, just GOOGLE
it! That is, if you have a VPN to bypass the Chinese censors. Okay, you don’t really need GOOGLE to go to: www.prageru.com/
Their bias is free for you to enjoy . . . or not.
