@goldie... I am not calling anybody anything... But one of the reasons i want to leave the west is BECAUSE of attitudes like that. the, "get in line, who the hell do you think you are thinking like that?!" attitude. I really want to move somewhere where i can avoid people around me bringing me down to there level. the negativity bred here is just ridiculous and hindering. a fresh start, a fresh idea, a new place, to be a stranger among the crowd, These are reasons i want to leave.... the opportunities in china, this, at least to me makes it a destination to consider.

@peter, It sounds like you are being condescending. nobody is conducting business at this point,simply gathering information. my motives and plans, however, are my own. and as @goldie points out, maybe i am simply looking for an adventure, maybe i want to leave the west, maybe i think that my family would be safer in china considering all the BS happening out in the west. Maybe i am just a fool for thinking that the chinese people might want to eat spicy tasty pork and chicken sandwiches. Maybe...
finding this forum with westerners in the area that i will have the opportunity to move to, gathering intel on the local scene in a way that my chinese connection can't offer, If you find this kind of info useless or foolish, then good luck sir!
