Trying to find a contact phone number or email now for the restaurant but it is difficult.. You're right, I will try to contact both.

A new franchise of a world famous restaurant chain (not McDonalds) has opened near me. The building has no sanitation for its staff or customers. The staff are using a public facility a few hundred metres away that has no running water. Meaning the staff of this restaurant do not/can not wash their hands after they go to the lavatory. Who is the best person t alert this to? The franchise headquarters or the public sanitation authorities?
The area between Chunggrong Street and Tuofeng Street metro stations, particularly the QiCai YunNan complex, has lots of very modern and high standard Western style apartment buildings. There are lots of modern amenities there and is home to a fairly sizeable working age foreign population. Try there rather than University Town itself.
I'm a teacher at the school, and have been since it opened two years ago. There were a lot of teething problems at the beginning, as you would expect from any start up school. A new management team was brought in just over a year ago and they have really helped improve things. The school has just made a massive capital investment recently to build two new cafeterias, student numbers have been expanding healthily, many younger siblings have been enrolled into the school itself or our kindergarten so obviously the parents are happy. If you're not sure, come down to the school and take a look round :-)
Cheers Bluegrass, v helpful post. As long as there's a few restaurants and I can get in to town easily seems like it should be okay. :-)
