It was very effective for my seasonal allergies (and certainly less harsh on my body than antihistamines), but I had to stop using it after a few months because it gave me way too much energy. What I mean was that it was like taking Viagra everyday. I'm not joking! You don't want to be standing on the bus when it kicks in!
