We're planning to leave Kunming in December, but our rental contract is up in March. Our contract only specifies that we need to pay a penalty of 10% of a year's rent.
Does this mean we still get our deposit and our remaining months of rent back?

I recently discovered that freshly baked Gluten Free Bread is available at Wicker Basket! You just have to place an order the day before.
I just tried it and the texture and flavour is good. The loaf is small though - about half the size of their regular loaves. Each loaf is 20rmb.

We're already planning to go to the Japanese Hot Springs, but were wondering if there's any other than hot springs we can do.

We think it's faster and has a better signal. It's also cheaper at $6/month. There can be periods of spottiness, but overall we still think it's better.
