Hear this story to much from Kunming people, must have some grain of truth in the story for it to be so often repeated, mind you in saying this Kunming people don't seem to be to worried when it comes to letting children run off anywhere when they out and about!

@mmkunmingteacher I agree with that kind of thinking when it comes to this situation, the kids just doing as they been told by school and its hardly parents fault if they cant afford the most expensive school operating in Kunming.

Yep think that french cafe a hotspot for these parents lol, been approached a couple of times myself when relaxing inside :o)

@yankee00 think the standards still beating the night markets or any of the local restaurants though, so about as good as you get for a quick munch.
Mind you still won't be eating at BK though :o)
