Forums > Food & Drink > Food Claim Evidence Thread @BillDan 'a five star hotel restaurant in KUNMING is still not as good as a Country Kitchen buffet back in the food capital of the world, the US of A.'
Gave me a real laugh, USA, culinary experts.....lol
@mmkunmingteacher 'foreigners who think that all Chinese food is terrible, but get excited about Corn Flakes'
Nothing wrong with getting excited with cornflakes as eaten since I was a kid for breakfast, early in morning my stomach still not wide awake enough for some chinese food to be entering :o)
@Alien lol....
Forums > Living in Kunming > Johnnie Walker Lol and i thought it was in my head when the cereal I get regular from Carrefour never tastes as good as back home :)

Forums > Living in Kunming > Working and M visa concerns.. @Liumingke1234 Haven't looked properly into the site yet but from what I see with a quick peek it's the ideal sort of thing I needed for some help with knowledge as be sending out my CV to some soon.

Forums > Living in Kunming > What do you love about Kunming? They still have that ingrained family spirit that my country (england) has lost, family is nowhere near as tight in england as it used to be!
I saw this everywhere I was in london but in kunming I find the total opposite. I go for a family dinner and you'll get about 20 people, plus these are quite a regular occurrence not rare times. Quite a big thing when they operate the one child policy here lol
Plus as I often say I love the sunny weather, london ain't upto much in that category :o)
