Hi
I'll be arriving in July for the August semester if any of you guys are still around?
Thanks a lot!
Hi Rosane,
I will be doing the same thing at the end of the month. I am currently in Hebei with a working visa and will be coming to KM at the end of my contract.
I went to the local PSB here in Hebei and they gave me the tourist visa form to fill in and told me I need to provide a letter signed by my boss saying that my contract is finished. In addition I need to show them I have enough funds to travel in China for one month, namely a bank receipt showing I have 18000 RMB in the bank. ( Who needs 18,000 RMB to travel in China for a month?? )
Anyway, those were the requirements in Hebei as of last week.
Hi
Do you have the address?
I need to be in the wuhua district if possible, or nearby. Rent needs to be 1000 kuai a month or less. I can't rent a room as I will be bringing my dog with me. I don't think house mates would appreciate that. I don't care about furniture. Just the basics are fine.. bed etc.
No results found.
Animals better taken care of than Nanping bird and flower. Clean. If you are after a pedigree dog. Come here.
Really impressed with this place. The only problem for me is the location, since I live downtown.
Very extensive menu and none of us (4 people) were disappointed with our orders. Decent sized portions, good flavour and nice outdoor seating area.
Will definitely go back and try other things on the menu!

Don't know what happened to this place.. New menu (of which they didnt have the first five things we tried to order).Prices have doubled.
Two stars for the Thai fried rice, mashed potatoes and outdoor seating area.
Went for a late lunch today. Prices are really good, plus they have chicken pot pies! Great selection of import foods in the store (pricey though) Really friendly staff.

Good location, nice atmosphere but the food isn't great. Good banana milkshake though!

Lot's of older buildings have roof spaces. Usually people on the top floor (no elevator) take use of it. In my experience, doesn't cost more for use of the space.

A trip to Yunnan's Jurassic Park
Posted byI went there a couple of years ago for a school trip. The dinosaur part was lacklustre to say the least, though it could have improved since then. The fairground rides however were a lot of fun and we ended up spending hours on them. Go for a trip but don't expect too much on the dinosaur side of things. A fun day out can be had on the rides alone!
