I am looking for an opportunity to play soccer in kunming. I have found a thread about playing soccer and that one should go to Chapter One and look for piers, but the lady there told me that he returned to his homecountry. Anyone else knows some info about playing soccer in kunming?

Hello, I"ll be going to Kunming in july and i have some questions regarding running:
Since i have not been in kunming for a couple of years and i already forgot how it looks like there, i wondered if you could just go onto the street and run? or is that too unsafe?
and are there any competitive races, marathons in kunming or is running not as popular yet?

hey piers, since your post is only one month ago, i hope you re still active in this little forum. I am really interested in playing soccer in Kunming since I was always trying to find something but failed. What I should mention is that i am not living in Kunming, I only go there during the summer for vacation since my whole family lives there. So do you guys play soccer during july? And is there any age restriction, since I am only 17 years old?
