I was wondering if anyone who has done or regularly does yoga in Kunming could give me some advice. I found listings for yoga places on this website and other places, but very little accompanying information. Does anyone know of one place that is especially good or cheap?
Im also interested in doing any sort of exercise class (I like to exercise with others), so any advice or recommendations welcome!
Oh, and I am a young American girl who speaks enough Chinese to get by in an all-Chinese class or one with more Westerners.
