yeah weekdays are generally better, you'll most likely have the entire place to yourself. I have not stayed in Anning overnight, but I don't see why it couldn't be done. Keep in mind the actual hotsprings area is a bit away from Anning itself, perhaps 10-15 minutes by taxi.
I went maybe 5 times during the fall and winter, its the best hot springs experience around for my money, better I'd say than anything in Mi Le. Nice, outdoor forested setting, big enough to find privacy even on busy days. 88 kuai for the basic all-you-can-soak, not including massages or the fish pool where you can soak with little fishies that nibble you clean. I haven't been brave enough for that yet.
I was actually wondering the same question myself, so I slogged thru the cba website and came out successful: "our" team plays at the Xingyao Sports Center 星耀体育中心. Apparently you can take the 12, 165, 170 or 149 bus. The better question, however, is WHEN do "we" play? According to this website www.hhrb.com/center/ at the bottom of the page it looks like the season's over. What are your thoughts?
there's a decent rubber track at the Metallurgy School (冶金工校) that I use fairly regularly. I like it better than the one at the Municipal Athletic Center because it's a normal track going around a soccer field where you can see where you're going, and keep an eye on your stuff if you have stuff with you. Take the 1 bus 3 stops north from 地台寺(the side gate of YNNU), go thru the main gate and the track is on your left. Or you can walk there in about 20 min. There's never anyone there besides the occasional soccer player.
Best,
Adam
