I have a lung condition that has not been improved much by Western Medicine-I would like to try some TCM-does anyone know of one who can speak English? I prefer an older person but will see a younger person.

I have a tourist visa multiple entry for one year issued August 2013. I came in later-in September and am leaving again in November. As far as I know, the clock starts when you come in and you have to leave every 90 days. The visa office in USA said it was multiple entry for one year.
to go on now that I have started-the original argument was an invalid inductive argument. It was also an invalid deductive argument which has caused all the problems.
Deductive argument:
Westerners eat at McDonalds
This is the only reason they move to China
Therefore Westerns only move to China to eat at McDonalds because they hate Chinese food
Aghhhhh
Inductive
All Westerners eat at McDonalds
They never eat Chinese
Therefore the only reason to move to China is to eat at McDonalds
Aghhhhhhh
The argument is so bad I can't even form it correctly!!!!
@tonyaod-it was a straw man argument this one is both post hoc and red herring-just saying. I just had to add something interesting from something I saw yesterday. I was at C4 walking by-get it walking by the KFC and there was a Chinese couple at the door-the boyfriend or husband was pulling on the arm of his girlfriend/wife to get her to come in-I thought of this post. Chinese people are afraid of Western food!!!!!!! I have had parties for my students in the past and they wouldn't touch much of what I served-even PB&J. Once a student complained to me of cramps and I had some Midol in my purse-she looked scared and refused it. It has been my experience that due to the lack of contact in the past with Chinese people and other cultures there is a lot of fear of anything familiar and new. We Westerners mainly love other culture's food and our society reflects that-walk through any food court-every country is represented though maybe not the worm thing.
I dropped my camera when the case's snap broke-my monitor does not work. Everything else works but it is hard to shoot without seeing what you are shooting. Does anyone know where I can have it repaired? It is a 4 year old Canon PowerShot SX20IS. Great camera and lots of memories. Would appreciate information.

Kunming to monitor airborne particulate matter
Posted byI have a lung condition so I check the real pollution index every day. I have been able to go out two days in the last month-it wasn't like this last y ear. I am getting out of here asap. Most expats do not have lung conditions so don't think it is affecting them-bah ha ha -it is going to get you too. I can feel it in my lungs and gauge the index- I am usually right on target. Spring City has become a death trap-
Kunming to become more civilized
Posted byIt is dangerous to ride the streets on a bike in this city because the cars are all parked in the bike lane. I would think this is a major problem. It is hard to try and get into the car lane with no mirrors and I have seen people get hit. Spitting on the sidewalk brings germs into the home we walk around all day with someone's illness then bring it into the house. I take off my shoes at the door but the germs are in anyway. Who cares about people cooking on the streets-this is China. But the people who ride the wrong way in bike lanes are dangerous. It seems to me that safety should be the main consideration.
Book Review: A Selection of Thirteen Yunnan Poets
Posted byWow, what a great poem. I am a poet coming to Kunming in June. I am excited to see the community involved in this great genre.
Congrats on your endeavor.
