Please note that Express Your Vote, the FedEx/OVF initiative discussed in this thread, ends October 29, 2008! So send your ballots as soon as possible.

If your ballot hasn't arrived yet, then go to Overseas Vote Foundation (OVF) or Youth Vote Overseas (YVO) to generate a Federal Writen-In Absentee Ballot (FWAB). The program lists the candidates running for federal office in your voting district and gives you the address to send it to.

P.S. In some states you can still register to vote or request a ballot -- see the site above for all the information you need.
