HBOCN sounds promising, although their website looks like a scam job~
has anyone here tried HBOCN? if yes, is it any good? how many channels are there? how much does it cost?

i am a foreigner living and working here in Kunming. I own my company here and have been here for almost 2 years now.
I recently got married with a local Kunming girl, and now we're in the market for purchasing a house.
i did some checking around as i won't have enough cash to pay for the house 100%, so we decided to look around to get a bank loan.
But almost every bank (even same bank company, but different branch) has given me different answers. Some say as a foreigner, neither me nor my wife (as she's married to a foreigner) can apply for a bank loan. some banks say that i can apply for a loan, but would require to provide additional fees, and the fees they mentioned were like RMB 12,000, which i think is either a rip-off or a scam or just plain stupid.
Here's some extra details:
1. My wife is a local kunming, with kunming hukou book.
2, This is her 2nd house, which means we can only take a 40% loan, which is fine.
3. I have a company here under my name, a valid working visa and have proof (from income taxes and receipts) that i have been living/working here in Kunming for almost 2 years now.
4. Marriage was registered here in China and have valid marriage documents.
What i wish to know is:
1. Has anyone (foreigners) here successfully obtained a housing bank loan? if yes, please give me the bank name and if possible, the loan officer who did it for you.
2. What documents would i need to provide? do i require a notorized letter from my country's bank stating my credit rating is good/bad? other than the usual passport, income tax receipts...etc, what else would i need?
I dont have enough cash to pay 100% of the amount, so please don't suggest this.
