Heilong Palace is located in Heilongtan Park at the foot of Wulao Peak in Longquan Mountain, about 10 kilometers north of Kunming. There is Longquan Mountain in the Black Dragon Pool, and there are two pools of water at the foot of the mountain, one is clear and the other is muddy, covering a total area of 600 square meters.
