It's 40km south of Jiaozi mountain and it's the nearest town you can find decent restaurants and hotels if you plan a 2 days trip

to Jiaozi mountain. 3 hours bus drive from Kunming and 30 minutes drive to Jiaozi mountain. There is only one main street in the town, you can find all shops, restaurant in that street.
