Yutao Yoga was founded in 2002. Aiming to create a place for people who love yoga and practice together. Yutao Yoga organizes workshops and teacher training courses cooperating with teachers from all over the world. We have trained thousands of yoga practitioners and teachers ever since.

At its 10 years anniversary in 2012 Yutao Yoga moved to its new location – a simple and peaceful rooftop garden studio in the very heart of Kunming – Shuncheng, Wangfujing.

The studio promotes a healthy and balanced life style; focussing on the therapeutical aspect of yoga it helps people to gain knowledge of yoga through simple, yet comprehensive practice.

At Yutao Yoga, we offer classes at all levels so students can practice according to their experience, wishes and needs. Modifications and options are given to ensure that all students practice in a safe and appropriate manner. We also provide small group classes, private classes and special cooperative classes for companies.
