is there a school or small office facility, with classrooms to rent, in the greater BeiChen or Panlong district preferably close to Beijing lu.
I have a ton of students but I haven't found a proper school or big enough apartment to turn into a school.

if you guys have experience in renting a classroom or if you know someone with a 200+sqm flat to let, i would appreciate it.
