Recently China demand that 4 shows be remove from the streaming video sites like Youku, Sohu, etc. They removed The Blacklist episode 19 because it didn't show Chinese in a good light. What sites can one stream for free with a VPN shows from the USA? Hulu you have to register and pay. Are there any ones that are free? P.M. me if you have any good suggestions.

You don't have to pay for Hulu basic services. You just can't watch immediately after a show has aired, you need to wait a week before it's available to free users.
If you wanna try torrents, tvchaos.co.uk is great for British shows, lots of seeders so you only have to wait about 20 minutes for a show to finish downloading. Also, shows get updated within an hour of being shown on TV. If you are interested in American shows, there's a link on the site that takes you to the American show site.
EDIT: Also, sidereel is a pretty good site for streaming.

Oh yeah, it's getting very interesting now... not long and there will be no single 外国的 TV-Show left online or cutted until its a 10-minute show.
Pretty sure that China has no other problems at the moment which are important!
that's why I can't join the big bang theory freely now :(
You can still watch your show through torrents or VPN.

Through torrents, sure. But the use of VPN connection doesn't bring back the content which was taken down from chinese streaming sites... ;)
If you go through torrents you would have the complete content minus the Chinese closed captions.
Interesting that you can't stream them but can sill see them on CCTV.
but even the big bang theory has been seriosly edited on cctv. it is the uneddited stuff that is all being removed. easier to remove it all.
