Basically when you get there, there is a parking area with no buildings. On the south side of the carpark are two large toolshops, I am pretty sure I have seen the sliding mitre saws in one of those shops.

I bought a sliding mitre saw today. It is Pigeon brand (which I've heard is decent). I paid 1100rmb including a 100-tooth blade with it. It works like a gem :)

Does anyone own a drill press? I am needing to make perfectly straight drilled holes and would love to make a simple wooden block guide that I can use now and in the future (would only need to use it for 1 minute to make the guide).

I have a cheap drill stand, that you secure an electric hand drill into. Not the same as a drill press, but good enough for woodworking.

I just moved into a new apartment and want to replace all the moldy caulking around the toilet, sinks, and bathtub. Do you any ideas where the easiest place to get caulk and a caulk gun would be? I'm a little intimidated by the large markets you described. I'm living in the Wuhua area.
