type Metro in the search box at the top left corner of the page. the best time to go is on a weekday morning early in the week. there's hardly anyone there.

You can find cinnamon sticks at larger fresh markets — just ask and grind it yourself.

Thanks all! After weeks of not finding it at Walmart, or Carrefour, I actually stumbled upon some yesterday! I'm guessing that they restocked the item, due to the upcoming Christmas holiday. They also had lots of new, kitschy, seasonal things (like Santa-shaped chocolates).
