Where can I take the HSK here? I want to take the computer based one. If there's more than one place to take it is any one place better, or cheaper? (Although I imagine they're all pretty much the same...)

There are several options. You can enlist on chinesetest.cn and choose your preferred institution. I did mine last June at 财经大学 but YunDa, Ligong and Shifan all organise theirs.

Is it possible to do it on computer in Kunming? For all levels? Also, is the computer based one counted the same as the handwritten test?
