I'm hoping for a travel Visa for a 1-to-2-week stay in India. I'd like to visit a travel agent here in Kunming to have this arranged. Looking back on previous related posts, the most recent one appears to be from 3 years ago.

Could anyone please share the current situation with applying for a Visa to India while here in Kunming? My understanding is that there are Indian consulates in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai, but I don't have the ability to visit these myself since I'm bound by work here in Kunming.

If you are able, please recommend a travel agent here in Kunming who can conduct this process on my behalf.

A travel agent in Kunming would probably use a visa agent in BJ, SH, GZ. Then just add their own commission.

You could look for visa agents yourself, and save time and money.

Strangely I looked for Canada first, and found it. Then I wondered why Canada would be on the list and not USA, so that's when I looked down to the bottom.
