Does anyone know if its possible to get a Cambodian visa on-arrival coming overland from Vietnam? Or used the e-visa at the boarder crossing? I know this is pretty specific, but if anyone's done that route recently I'd appreciate any information.

Alternatively, has anyone gotten one a Cambodian visa in Hanoi?

I know there's a consulate in KM but for timing reasons we won't be able to do that before we leave for Vietnam.
