A lot of them do. Check around YOUR neighborhood and ask.

Almost all small, hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurants, will deliver.

Check for a sign that says something like 订单运送电话 and then a phone number. Call that number and they'll deliver it to your home if you live close enough.
