It sounds legit from the ad - like someone has come back to Kunming from the US with some Samsung Galaxy's. However...

I responded to the ad. An email came back from Dan Shalws (notice the name spelt wrong suddenly...) with fairly good english, but probably a cut/paste job. Suddenly there is a $30 fee for sending the phone via DHL etc, which wasn't mentioned in the ad... meaning the seller isn't local. Seller wants telegraphic bank transfer obviously before sending the phone...

Sounds too good to be true - it probably is. The phone is $750 in the US from BestBuy, more than twice the price the seller wants. Most likely this is a scam - don't be sucked in!

The user also has no history on GoKM so almost certainly isn't local.

Good point. I would never buy on line from an unknown vendor.

I also have reason to believe it's no legi. Also because the 64GB version has only just been released and is unlikely to cost that little. Never wire transfer without holding the object in your hands.
