HI, I bought an e-bike yesterday for 3390 Yuan. The brand is X-lite which is one of the most reliable. The shop gave me two locks for free and a raincoat. Plus, maintenance guarantee. The bike can ride 80 KM on one single charge. The speed is really good around 60. It goes quite smooth with good handling. also it has three shifts of speeds - slow, middle and fast. The screen is electronic so it makes the navigation quite comfortable. Batteries are okay for 4 years as I was told. I bought it on Xicheng Lu. I would suggest you take a chinese person to go with you to do some bargaining. Hope this helps. Cheers!

Yeah it came with a registration plate. The discounts will be across the showroom! I think the discounts will be provided during Mid_autumn festival for many things. It is like a shopping fest.

I don't believe the Chinese people are actually buying the e-bikes. What they purchase is an expensive horn. The bike is thrown in as an extra option.
