Cacao Mexican resaurant in Beichen Fortune centre. The Hump has one too.

One of the nicest places, but with limited menu and I am not even sure they are open in the evening, just around the corner from Wenhua Xiang:

There is one off Xuefulu, in an obscure street to the northwest, close to the tripple digit-something art space.
