Hey Guys!

Just another question among many haha.. What would be the best route to fly from the USA to Kunming? There aren't any direct flights. Should I travel HK and then train it to Kunming? Again any insight would be great!

depends which coast of the USA you are flying from

Assuming west coast, LA to GZ, connection GZ to KMG

If your departing airport is serviced by Korean Airlines you could fly via Seoul and have your bags checked right through to Kunming since KAL flies to Kunming.
