In the last 10 days two 1-800 U.S. numbers I have easily and more recently regularly called via skype are mysteriously no longer accessible. I only get a recording that the lines are over loaded or something to that affect and to try again later. I have tried daily for a week at different times, but no luck. I have had no problems for the last 4 years with either number.

These are to my financial institution and my email provider. I am stumped. Any thoughts where the hiccup might be? Can China interfere with the completion of a call via skype? Like put a permanent block on it? Might skype want to cash in on the calls and deny access to force me to pay for the calls instead? Anyone else having similar trouble?
