With victory Xiong added to his record which now stands at 18 Wins (11ko's) 3 Losses and 1 Draw. With tickets priced at 680RMB(low end) and 1000+(high end) and the poor opposition on display, It was not really a good show overall and a bad representation of the sport.

If as they said, Xiong will fight for the WBC silver belt in his next bout. Then the WBC World belt(if he wins Silver). He will have to be ready to take a huge leap in class. This bout was just to get another W without any risk of defeat.

Hopefully if Xiong has anything left (which I hope he does) he will take on the WBC Silver champ Armando Torres W17 (KO 12) L 9 (KO 3).

If he wins and the WBC organized the fight. A title fight against Sonny Boy Jaro would be a huge task that would most definitely be his last title shot should he lose.
