I was going to fly back from BKK to KMG with China Eastern Airlines. As I'm going to pack my bicycle into the checked luggage, I need to notify them beforehand as per their luggage policy. However, their contact e-mail address conctact@flychinaeastern.com doesn't exist.

Does anyone know whether I can just arrive at the desk with my bicycle in a box (bulky luggage) or how else I can contact them?
