Exactly! There is a DELL/Apple service center on the 5th floor of 121 Shumacheng. Went there twice. Full warranty support.

piece of shite $2000 macbook, earphone jack went out after a few months. thousands online have complained of the same problem. just an insignificant detail for the "genius that changed the world".

OK ther are a couple issues here...

1) some of the fake Apple stores sell genuine goods which can be good when you want something from KM and not China

The trick to determining this is to register the goods with Apple before you leave the store.

2) some fake Apple stores will offer you warranty service, but will most likely gut your phone, computer, etc. of all genuine parts and replace them with fakes leaving you with a poor merchandise.

If you have a Apple goods have them serviced at a genuine Apple service center.
