Anyone on here a veteran of some military branch?
I am.
You show me yours first!
Yes, somebody is.
Send me a message with your email address Texas Boy and I'll send you my DD-214.
Does "DD" have something to do with "Dishonorable Discharge"?
Drunk and disorderly.
Desperate dick.
Done dunking.
Depressed dong.
The DD Form 214, officially DD Form 214 "Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty", but generally referred to as a "DD 214", is a document of the United States Department of Defense, issued upon a military service member's retirement, separation or discharge from active-duty military.
Generally contains all pertinent info of subject's military service in US military.
Yes, JJ. But in gaoxing's case, as a failed poon hunter. Who came, saw, and struck out.
I dunno.
@gaoxing
Figured you were ex-mil since your poon hormones seem to be stuck in overdrive.
@et al + @gaoxing
gaoxing may be a poon hound - but he served his time in the military - assume he's honorably discharged - that's a plus mark in my book. That means aside from a culture of excessive poon hunting - he's also learned discipline, respect, responsibility, hygiene, and loyalty (all of the above, hopefully).
@Laotou
As an ex-military man myself, I know that sadly this is not always the case. There is a broad spectrum of every type of person in the military. We are not all nice clean cut boys with middle class attitudes, as portrayed in so many movies.
I have been on station when there has been a rape, a murder, theft, fraud, lack of responsibility, poor hygiene, and displays of behavior that show no discipline or loyalty, and many cases of service men being beaten up by their violent wives.
Don't believe the stereotypes.
Military men and women are normal people, some are good, some are bad, the majority are somewhere in between. And some are total social misfits, but they don't usually get very far in their careers; even if they do stay for 20 years.
