Are there any pubs or other places where i can watch Italian/English/Spanish league matches?

For example - Milan - Barcelona in two weeks would be awesome to be able to watch!

I'm keen to watch the Champions' League coverage. I was in Kunming a couple of years ago and it was on free tv (channel 100 and something) with Chinese commentators. There also used to be Bundesliga and Serie A coverage. Has this changed? I can't find it in any case...
