Here's one of my favorites. Most of you longtime Kunmingers are probably familiar with this slimeball or his posts. He's managed to remove his classifieds in which he's trolling for financial analysists (bottom/entry level,of course), nannies, er nai's and transvestites but he can't delete his forum posts where he usually plays the part of a international financial consultant and family man posting links to his "family" pics,wife and sons included.
While his physical description is factual, I rather hope the destitute 'script is as well as he certainly fits the UGLY AMERICAN STEREOTYPE!

This ad is ludicrously unreasonable, so doubt it's a serious ad. No sane woman would respond to such a request and no sane man would seriously post this ad. My best guess is JMs SO (significant other) is upset about something, hacked his email and posted this as a public revenge.

One of my alumni classmates did something like this to her husband after discovering various infidelities. It's actually foolish - immature, self destructive behavior.

A long time ago, my SO gave me carte blanche to fool around in KTVs, Saunas, etc, as it remains a prevalent business practice in male dominated asia, but I wasn't allowed to bring any pets (or STDs) home and was forbidden to establish personal relationships. Like the movie hall pass - that utterly destroyed any remaining hidden lingering temptations and made me fear losing my wife even more.

Beat a dog or treat it well - your choice.

Uh,maybe you're right Laotou. It's hard to imagine someone being so stupid as to write such tripe using your own real name which is also the name of your business. Kind of a joke! But I too remember his old posts,one when his "wife/SO" was 8 months pregnant looking for a little action on the side,y'know fat old decrepit man "clean" seeks something with legs for ultimate fun and pleasure,discretion assured,of course. Financial rewards possible,interested in being my au par. I'll take you around the world.

Like Laotou I doubt it was a real posting.

I have seen this guy's posts but I never bothered to read them properly (too boring). Anyway, it's sad that in a city like Kunming where there are few foreigners, that scumbags like this should exist. It's sad because if the going gets tough, many foreigners like to seek each other out to get over the rough times, but if scumbags like this get in the way then it makes it more difficult to seek out genuine, honest people.

I'd have to decline to comment on the <scumbag> moniker (is that mutually contradictory, because here I am commenting on it?). A person's personal indiscretions are their own business - although the internet tends tot splatter them all over the place for all to see.

When my wife was in her third trimester with our second child - she went crazy bonkers, saying bizarre things, being insanely unreasonable, making wild accusations (either that, or I'm an extraordinarily abrasive, abusive, insensitive cretin spouse...and I'll admit I've had my moments too).

I didn't understand the hormone thing in women could make them crazy as my wife was a California bar certified attorney (ok...THEY'RE crazy), a senior telecom exec (exec VP) in asia, and a senior vp for an asian investment bank - yet I almost left (I was at the door with the firstborn when the police arrived (I agreed to wait for the police, as I didn't really want to leave) - that would make me a scumbag too, right?

What kind of man would leave his wife who's on the verge of giving birth at any moment - literally stealing her first born child (logistically it made sense - who'd look after the toddler while she was in the hospital during labor).

I don't know JM, his family, or his situation - so I personally decline to point fingers. It's easy to point fingers - but much more difficult to be friends and lend a hand. The world is such an unfriendly unkind place - despite my obvious militant views on the death penalty and such things.

Then again - I'm from California - land of scumbag politicians (minus my hero, the Governator, who, as it turns out, was kind of a scumbag too - but same logic applies) - perhaps I'm just de-sensitized. O..M..G - I just labelled a people group scumbags...guess I'm a hypocrite too.
