Yup, it's that time of year again. Green Kunming with Salvador's organics now has avocados for sale. We are selling them at 10 kuai each. Some are ripe and ready to eat and some need a few days in a paper bag to get there. Be sure you choose the kind you want. If you wish to accelerate ripening, add a browning banana into the paper bags with the avocados. Salvador's is also now running guacamole specials with more to come.

Any good avocado recipes out there? Please post them here.

Have you guys considered making/selling nut butters? I would love to be able to get some organic almond and walnut butter around here.
