End of Sept? Leave from Salvadors? Any other ideas? Huancheng isn't a particularly nice run, but nanpingjie/dongfenglu are really nice with very few lights. but huancheng for simplicity.

totally failed to see your more recent post on this thread. certainly a very convenient route - i'd be down for it. i'm busting out a half over in Nanning on 16th Oct, so no more long ones for me right now... but i've been (early morning) running the first ring road while in training and have got used to its idiosyncrasies - perhaps we can all find a date in early November, say, and try to pull this together?
