Anyone know the earthquake measuring 4.8 on the Richter scale occurred at 8:53 am in YunNan?

This morning my friend said they felt a tremor also while on the phone. I didn't feel it, but I live on the first floor and was in bed at the time.

the earthquake happened in Zhaotong of Yunnan, 13 people injured and hundreds of house were broken.

That's halfway to Chengdu. Not real close to Kunming.
